It has clear bayonet lock cap, white PTFE and red silica septa. The material of bottle is PP.
It can filter in the filter vial. The advantage is as below: 1. It can simplify the operation steps and reduce the related products.
2.It can significantly reduce sample loss and contamination during transferring the sample.
3.It can effectively ensure the filtering effect and make sure the data is accurate.
The operation steps of using filter vial are as below:
1.Add sample and use injection syringe to fill the sample into the filter vial.
2.Press and push the inner tube filter with filter membrane gently
3.Press filter plug slowly for more than 3 seconds and finish filtering.
Different color caps match with different filter membranes:
1. 0.45um match with white PTFE and red silica septa.
2.Clear cap match with PTFE filter membrane.
